I see what you mean..agree 100%.

But I just like to do barbell curls and dumbbell curls also.
But barbell bench a must for me...I hardly do fly..

Droping barbell on to your chest while doing bench?
well..it happened to me before..and its no fun..LOL

My best bench press was 280lb {when I was in school)
No big deal for 300+ benchers...

few years ago , with 200lb bench..after few reps, couldn't bring it up..lol ..wasn't funny at the time.
I call out my wife and she help me up..lol
I told ya she was strong..lol

And I somehow don't like to use machines, I like free weights
or using my own body weight.or add some free weight to it.

I like pull ups and dips, handstand pushups..things like that.

Maaan...good old days...
I should go back to workout..soon
actually ...all this talk about helps a lot.

My old time friends see me now and they ask what happened to you? are you sick or something?......uhmmm

From 200lb I lost all the way to 130lb at point...about 3-4 years ago. didn't even want go out...lol
Lost lots of muscles, weights. Being diabetic.

I did lots of exercise....But also smokes

We got to stop smoking guys.
I'm gonna try......
