Maybe not in the true sense you have stated, but it could be half and half. A company with P&D in the background. You can buy shares easier than the high priced product. Which practically nobody can afford anyway.

P & D is a pumping a stock w/o a product...RVGD clearly defines this to a "T".

He has done absolutely nothing that has benefited the RVGD SH's here, every single SH here has been in the red since last spring, whether they bought then, or 2 months ago, and that's yet another fact.

He cares less about the RVGD SH's, see the looming R/S for backup, or .0001 for further factual evidence.
