ElsieCat, I believe you are correct in that the company has replied "timely, and quickly" to all requests and now they await
a further response from the SEC.
I do not know if this response might be a further request for information, or if the response
they await might be a Notice of Effectiveness.
That is entirely up to the SEC (imo)
I have seen some recent emails from the company, and have permission to share these quotes from one such email.
I didn't see anything in any of the company emails that imo looked like a snafu, the only problem I saw is time, we have to wait for it.
Here are some excerpts.
"XXX, if we could control the SEC, then we would be past this S1 already. But, alas, we must wait for their approval."
"Sorry to again say the SEC is in control of the situation, and the company continues to prosper in spite of the current PPS; but, that is in fact the truth of the matter."
