milo, substantial agreements between a public company and significant entities should be drafted by attorneys, not a bookeeper. If LBWR is using bookeepers to draft their client agreements, then it further shows the lack of professionalism that LBWR Dexter Morris has been exhibiting all along in his management of LBWR.
