This might be a bit too close to the bone as 2 postings on Yahoo board have been dileted on it. Namely: The recent appointment of Jeffrey Pontius as a Independent Director is likely IMO to 'oversee' the writting of the 43-101. His background from Anglo-Gold(1997-2004 and one task was 'acquisition evaluations) and now CEO of THM(International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. places him in the cats-bird seat for overseeing a Joint/Venture with Goldspring and Anglo-Gold(they recently sold a mine in Australia for $1.1bil(largely cash) to Newmont Mining. He is a 'qualified person' in reference to 43-101's as he was one of the people on the 43-101 for THM Livengood Project in Alaska. The $10mil recently raised by THM is likely largely tied up with developing the Livengood Project which could swell to 10mil oz. shortly. BTW Aglo-Gold is the world's 3rd largest producer of au. Bob
