Hi, you said "several have come off the grey." Could you name a few? I'm attempting to analyze the situation with BIZM that was sent to the greys and now has a Global Lock from the DTC.

Per Renee, a frequent poster: "Complete list of SEC suspended stocks from January 1st, 2010 to August 9, 2013. In the past 3 years and 7 months there have been 1411 SEC Suspensions where ALL stocks were sent to the Grey Sheets. Not one of the 1411 Suspended stocks got off of the Grey Sheets."
