We know a company has to do these fillings but WE also know that "ERHC’s attorneys, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP" in the name of Mike Madigan told us lst year on the annual shareholdersmeeting the SOL are over and there's no wrongdoing to prove, so let this baby rest as long there is NO official update on the issue.
