prior posts on this board and every email Mr. Wiley has
sent me since 2006.

First of all, I am sorry if anything I have said was misconstrued.
The following is the only post to my
knowledge where I spoke of any new products. You may
have a private message, and if you do would you please

I have never listened to any of ATWEC's radio programs,
though I am a subscriber, and have received emails from
them.

I tried to participate in conference calls and those too
were frustrating and have not been back to them,

Consequently, my communications with CEO are via email, and I
understand you have talked to and are able to communicate with Mr. Wiley as well.

Although do not have permission to copy any emails from the CEO onto this message board, I can tell you that Mr. Wiley's
answer to the "new products" question is correct, and there has been some miscommunications. Below are some
partial comments on emails that I feel I must share in order to placate this situation.

I have never been privy to any information that ATWEC was developing any new products other than the KIDDIEALERT System.

However, I have received numerous emails like "Coming Soon, the New Atwec", and the "re-emergence" campaign" and on 12/20, "economic depression does not help new and upcoming technologies. We will continue to gain support for the company stock and products." Also, again "allow ATWEC and the products we manufacture to unfold."

(Note the Plural in Product(s)....which occurs many times in the CEO's emails.)

I also reviewed posts on this board, and there were two public posts before mine where new products and/or new innovations were mentioned, but nothing written in stone, just speculation or 'should do' comments.

My interpretation of the emails I received were that ATWT, in addition to the KiddieAlert system, were into some form of research and development of new products to keep up with the time and its competitors. This still may be true.

Anyway, all I can do is say I am sorry. I was wrong in my post and how I worded it. I still believe in Mr. Wiley and ATWEC, and that he will succeed, and that the share price will increase as a result. Of course, just my opinion,
