I agree, FU$#ing cnbc is making this a big deal...pisses me off.

If you look at a little history you will find that the Fed and FDIC nationalized Continental Illinois Bank back in 1982. They stepped around calling it nationalization but that's exactly what they did with taxpayer dollars. It was also done with the Penn Square Bank at the same time frame.
