Also, if they have companies lining up at the door, I would have to believe they have plans to quicken construction of more rigs, and it looks like they have the liquidity to do just that. Not sure how long it takes to build one of those, but I have to believe that's on the front burner.
Of course, they would also need more personnel to operate any new rigs, which is an added cost as well, but IMO, well worth the investment.
