Hey Codeman: Remember that the Pondering Primate thought of Neom as the next "Google", and interestingly, so did Tobin Smith in his "Bigger than Google" hype about Neomedia. Turns out that the PP was likely a member of TS' "Changewave Alliance", so the fact that both PP and TS compared Neom's propsects to those of Google was probably not a coincidence.
Then, sadly (cue the violins), the romance soured. Neom - with her head grown to the size of a basketball from all the compliments she was receiving - spurned one well-heeled suitor after another. Thinking, childishly, that she could make it on her own she got conned into a destructive relationship with a con artist who has picked her pocket and kept her bound and gagged in a cellar torture chamber, where he feeds her bread and crumbs in return for her virtue and family jewels. Meanwhile, the family who have loved and stood by her have starved. Yes, it is a sad tale.
Disgusted, TS and the PP, who were also interested in Neom's dowry, called her a troll, a bogus trolop, a wh#re. We never really heard from TS again, but the PP?? He removed Neom's name from his "Next Google" list and instead inserted the name of his new girlfriend, Scanbuy, in BOLD CAPS. Actually to call her a girlfriend is misleading. It is more like he's being paid for his favors, so who's the wh#re now.....
