He said he bought 4 million back at a much higher PPS, so while he will take it low I am sure, I dont think it is his number 1 priority to take this down in order to buy back. I think this is simply the pink sheet market doing what it does best IMO.
again - if they have the numbers they can state an exact date for the earnings- real companies state a date. too much looking like a pinkie and jared needs to play the game like a real co. and have a date.
Jared stated he is buying back shares, but how could he do anything to the market. He realy can not. Jared also stated that 2008 numbers will be out next week as well as 09 projections. He can not give out 1st quarter numbers for 09 until the first quarter ends. regards ABC
