Yes, the operative word is *has*. You could afford to drop 300 PR points against the old Celerons and not remotely worry. The XP is now however perfectly rated against Celeron D, so I say use it to the end of its natural life without disruption. Celeron D will be able to beat socket A Sempron in AMD's featured game Farcry*, how wise is that in terms of PR ? Anyway I hope it goes well but I can't really see them selling well vis a vis XP and Celeron D, although I would like to be proved wrong. The K8 Sempron is different, it has the allure of a new platform with the potential of a mighty 3700+ upgrade, and ultimately 64bit.
