absolutely agree, a nice divi should ignite the stock, certainly all the record date holders would be happy and those that did not buy in or sold too early would be wishing they had a different strategy --- frankly biggest challenge is Anthony Welch actually coming through - he is now 4 days late on posting the MODC financials, months late on completing the BOVD transaction, years late on cleaning the EGVI issues, .... frankly having hard time finding a single statement made and action followed through
