I agree that the CVS deal is obviously legitimate, or else we'd not see CVS releasing the same news.

But again, the problem lies with a lack of investor confidence at SPNG's current management and the apparent issue with dilution, which is further substantiated by a gagged TA.

It would really be sooooooooo easy to put all of this nonsense to rest once and for all, yet they don't appear willing to do so.

This is something that keeps me scratching my head and forcing me to stick to it as a charting play at this point, which is not yet a Buy, but soon will be.
