was trading at 13 cents in early Jan, then some savvy investors around BO's inaug found that BO had said he wanted to change lightbulbs in every government building on a Meet the Press interview in December... Couple that with the Company's transperantcy and Superior product. The stock made its way to 28 cents and churned at 25 cents for a few weeks. After that a few cousins aunts and uncles got the PPS a jugging. The Company is legit, moving to Amex in q-2 and becuase it is a green company should get a break on the minimum 3 bucks requirement for the Arca?? so no R/S IMO.

Stock has more legs.. and Revenue is in the forecast...
