I think PR will come out before weekend March 21/22....

‘Sweepstakes’ will start from March,22 and NASCAR race at that weekend is at Bristol,TN.... about 400 miles away from 'Zip Code Area' where first LOWE'S will offer Winning Colours.... Maybe a few 'Ohioans' NASCAR fans will join the racce at Bristol and will buy the Annual, too...... ;-)
