There are certainly several organizations that could be considered to be infringing, but it is my hope that this decision leads to multiple licensing agreements including royalties. Quickest path to substantial revenue and a turn for NEOM's financial status.

Of course if they don't see the light they should be prepared to deal with the eventual consequences.
