Diamond exploration is extremely risky! Here we have 3 big names in the gold business and not one expert in diamonds. I believe the real play here will turn out to be a gold play. I believe that they are viewing the Homestead property as a solid potential for diamonds, but when they prove up the viability of mining the Homestead (should that occur in the up and coming bulk sample), they will quickly JV and allow the new partner to obsorb the cost and management of mining and quickly move into the gold phase of the corporate plan. This is all conjecture on my part, but why else would 3 big horses from the gold industry be attracted to a diamond play unless they plan to capitalize on their particular expertises at some point in the future?

I have to agree with Joe.

There might be 3 million shares traded a day, however, there is not much money moving around.
There have been quite a few 5000 share moves -- but still no real monies moving into this stock. I will get excited when I start seeing volume moves into the twenty to thirty million share range.

This is not going to be an overnight get rich quick play -- reality is that there have not been many diamond mine openings over the past ten years.

Delta appears to be building a reputable team in order to achieve a partnership with a larger company or financier.
I agree that this company is probably going to be far more succcessful in the gold market than in diamonds.

If you're hanging on because you bought at a higher price -- I really wouldn't sweat it so much(that is of course unless you need the money right away), but it is my opinion that the price per share will start moving the other way. Their PR's appear to come out in series -- I would hope that one regarding financing would be coming soon.

These speculative stock plays often feel like we're waiting for Godot -- who knows, he may show up eventually.

Keep the faith.
