At this point, they have had too much time to get the product right and able. If there is major technical issues than we're in trouble!!! And why the delay in launch? They should have been ready to launch immediately after the Warner launch. IMO, this company has an opportunity to market a free service during a time when "free" is most relevant. Any delay allows competitors to come in and steel (maintain in Apple's case) market share. Where are the bright minds in this company? Money must be an issue...Why else would there be no PR and a "coming soon" launch when they have such a "gem."
At this rate company launches after Apple and others launch their free and legal sites.
