What I don't like about it though is this.
When someone wanted to sell a stock, all they had to do was bring it into a brokerage firm, sign it, and immediately put an order in. Now, they have to get the TA to send it to them, then go do their thing. That's a minimum of a day wasted, but more like 3 days..
