i find myself in a a moral and ethical dilemna when i think about it as well... i have 7 million shares i want to dump on some sucker.. but at the same time i want to not screw over the next uninformed innocent gambler..LOL.. But hey i feel this thing is a scam, and a scam is all but proven in many past statements the company has made, yet with no follow thru.. terms defined below are just a few of the ramifications the company will have to face as they trudge thier way thru legal proceedings if it ever comes to that. Many have filed complaints, but the feds work slowly building any case against any company.. The rules of the sec dont allow allegations to go public until they have a firm case as to not effect the PPS of the companies stock and sway the market in either direction. however that may be.. his day is coming and in the not so distant future, (my guess is two years) Lumb will be on suspension or barred from US exchanges as he has in britian and S.Africa. it is only a matter of time and i think he has surely made enough money to pay the fines and retire comfortably even then... But hey my dilemna is not strong enough for me to disregard the chance to sell at a small profit.. but to make hundreds of thousands of this you need hundreds of millions of shares at a good 100% flip or more.. a gamble i am not willing to take..Good luck, and remember i am no financial, spiritual, guidance advisor, i am just a pissed off aware shareholder that refuses to keep my information grounded...the pot at the end of the rainbow is lumbs pockets..not ours..IMO EOM and GL
