Besides we had the money for a meeting on many occasions. Why would Richard have that meeting that could result in Him and Kathy being voted out and DD losing his control. DD could NEVER let that happen. And he didn't.
DD is not my enemy here. He is doing what I would expect him to do. It is DeWine and Pattin, the traitors to the shareholders in general, that have helped him do it that make me the maddest.
The Daic settlement was negotiated by DeWine, signed by the old Carlos BOD the day they resigned, and the shareholders NEVER were allowed to ratify it. Drago said he would give the patents back and DeWine negotiated a deal that gave them right back to him 3 days later. Wow!
The problem is that all of the brains in Houston belong to DD. Maybe there is something in oil that destroys brain cells that he is immune to. (hoping you are not from Houston)
