A smart "buying" idiot who wants a bunch real cheap...imo ... When there's no volume, you just never know ... Only the MM's know what Level3 really looks like ... Even at .021 / .024 the spread is too wide for most big traders ...I never seem to get any "cheaper" than the ask, but I know some have ... This low volume is amazing ... The regular revenue stream may be good , but, The TV stuff will most likely move the PPS more, IF they ever get their act together ...People want "sizzle" here more than fundamentals...imo... We heard about "Spelling Bee" last June I believe... My calender says 8 months ago!!! ... NO response from IR and the S-8's , although not that bad, haven't helped ... gl...
