Yupp. Right now, however, that is where the government prefers to "tax" to try and pay for their "debt" that they never figured out how to manage. I am actually helping to shut down two tobacco shops, right now. . .due to the latest Federal tax on tobacco. And the State tax where I am located apparently went through, as well.
