Maybe it is being RRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEfurbished. Logic..(my logic)...LOL....tells me that if the AA is still in C. T. then likely it is being repaired ,rehoned, retuned and inspected again re: more sea trials, before it is released to Ghana. OR It is drilling for Vanco...to which you would suspect this being a material event to them and partners, and would be PR'd. BOTTOM LINE?.....IDUNNO!!
