Droy, I guess this post is the only reply from Pattin you are going to get.

It's always been a waste of company resources to have a meeting and election. Why should that change now? Better to just take control of the company from the shareholders because management has always known what is best for them.

"Acacia was going to rape the shareholders for a small fee and the company would be a zombie but now we still have the ability to grow after the findings of a favorable verdict. Is it better to cave into a weak position or strive for the best solution in the long run?"

Why not just disclose the attorney agreement with Ross Sears Pattin? Then we would know the dirty truth. Nope, better to just listen to what you tell us. Facts are facts, with Acacia we would be out of this hole and you would be ANCIENT HISTORY.

That excuse has been used for a year now. Pattin, you are the failure.

The issue with the Acacia deal is NOT that Daic turned it down "on our behalf". It is that he did so and kept his hand on our throat. If he wanted to do a better deal than one that would take him out of control, he had to release us at that time. It is EXACTLY that control that has stifled investment in this company from day one and put us where we are. Who would put major money in this company when Daic could always take the patents the next day (besides you?). It is EXACTLY that control Pattin has assisted Daic in keeping on several occasions.

The FIRST order of business was to have an election of Directors under the exceptions allowed for Rule 14(c) as detailed in Newcastle v. Vesta and even more fully explained in Black Horse v. Metromedia. This is also a basis for a derivative lawsuit against the Directors irrespective of whether they try to do it now that it is too late. Pattin's excuses have been used MANY times before. He just thinks he is the first one who thought of using this excuse to screw the shareholders because he is smarter than everyone else. Fact is, he is so dumb, he doesn't even know what he doesn't know.

And this is the tip of the iceberg with Pattin. Remember his 14a fiasco designed to be to his personal advantage at our expense? MANY reporting companies have used written consent of shareholders in lieu of a meeting (I stopped counting at 200). But Pattin can't do it because he doesn't want to. Trouble he has now is that the 100M increase that was sufficient then now has to be about 500M because of him. He doesn't dare go forward now.

Pattin has consistently broken the law, rules and regulations as well as the Articles and Bylaws of the corporation with full knowledge thereto. He has been the lackey of DeWine and Daic in so doing. I could go on for days about Pattin but I am late for work. You just keep bowing to our great leader in the mean time and everything will be ok for us.

Talkoption, you killing me man, you need to get your facts from both sides of the coin. When DAIC, ROSS SEARS AND THE TOBAGO ATTORNEYS GETS THEIR CUT OUT OF THE T-MOBILE SUIT. When you look at the totality of everything it's gonna make the Acacia deal looks like one of the greatest opportunity that never happened. Also didn't you know that after we bought out Carlos's shares Turrini was sitting in the driver's seat against Acacia where he could have gone and renegotiate the deal? didn't you know that Turrrini had a chance to sign up the freaking best patent litigation attorney in the country and for some mysterious reason it never happened? you have any idea who Ross Sears is? you need the check the facts and stop listening to Richard, he is only a yes man to Kathy and Drago.
