cloud, keep in mind the business model for NEOM...the printing and selling of shares. With an unlimited and infinite supply of shares, the sale price is irrelevant, imo.

What about folks who dump into any rally these days, however puny? I hope the folks that bought at .0023 are happy, they're now down about 25% already.
