"Perfect post MAK" Couldn't of said it better. I am happy they did it now rather then down the road. Plus they probably had to do it for a variety reasons that are justifiable. Nothing is free in this world and I'm not looking for a free ride like many in this market I understand others need to be compensated and certain ventures have to be paid for and hey what the heck its not like Magnum has paid any cash salaries for management. Plus now everyone will be more motivated in my opinion.
Plus the fact that one director or officer had invested six figures into the company himself goes a long way in my book.
That is very bullish as to where he thinks this stock and company are going. Funny thing is its probably JG or CC that everyone likes to talk smack about, however they unlike most people (being investors in open market) don't put their money where their mouth is MAK.
Plus Mr Curtis has invested close to $2mm into this company so he deserves what is owed. I mean heck I would not of bought this shell without free trading shares. If it were me I would of issued myself a few hundred million when I bought the shell, I mean that's what everyone does in the small world. I think he has earned every last share he was granted and like you say time will tell. This is not the float and the company has not diluted in my book of laws.
