Vianna, I believe the delays are not because of the FFGO. I believe its because of the uncertainly of the market right now. The banks, refinancing variable interest loans and housing evaluations have to be straightened out in order to stabilize the market. Who wants to release any big deal with the market the way it is. We are looking at 3 to 4 weeks before anything is released. Personally my belief only.
