#552 RE: shepper #550

shepper.....I don't see your point? "If all here on the board feel that this company Delta mining is such a prize what would be wrong if all of us were to put our shares on the market friday morning at five cents and let's see what the outcome would be?"

The present market is .007 X .009. A bid to sell at 5 cents would be ignored until all lower bids are acted upon. Unless news of financing or other significant data comes to the public before tomorrow, putting our stock on the market at a price 500%+ above the market would be an exercise in futility.

I happen to concur with most of the discussions here as the OTCBB/Pink sheets are notoriously difficult markets. The pinks are the toughest as they are not as transparent as the OTCBB. I still believe that a good company can make it, but they need to show positive progress toward profitability - a strong business plan. The key to Delta's success is financing and that only starts the ball rolling. Without financing, this is a .0001 stock. My money is still on the company until someone can show evidence that this is a scam. I have 3 strong reasons for investing - the credibility and association of the CEO - Barry Rayment (past President of Bema Corp) , the consulting geologist - Stephen Kay (past preseident of Gold Fields), and the new on-site Mgr. in Montana - Tom Charlton (past president of Transglobal Resources). Good people are necessary for success. They don't guarantee it, but without experienced people who have had a track record of success, odds are low for a win. We have got the horses to bring home the winnings!

One of the posters here is right on about a big seller on the bid. I am trying to identify who. I'll let you know when i find out. If it is coming from the company, this stock is headed lower and I am history. I don't believe that to be the case. It is either coming from the old shell company holders or venders that were paid in stock and just want $. Either possibility is temporary and won't last forever as there is a finite number of shares to be sold. I am more focused on the financing now than the selling. That is the real key as they got to get a bulk sample done and analyzed before this stock will make any kind of a sustainable move. JMHO.....Joe.
