I believe once ONCP shows up in all our portfolios we will have plenty of shares for sale at least briefly. That is why they must, and I feel they will, povide a good PR in sync with the release of shares to support the price. Hope it all comes together this week. No guarantees though.

It only means that there is a big spread between the bid and the asked and that last trade was at the bid as far as I remember.
