With a buy to sell ratio better than 2:1 coming off of friday's trading session, Sky440 Inc. looks to steer it's business in the right direction after having (all of a sudden) re-establishing it's listing upon Nevada SOS as "active". This took place on January 30th, 2009. Nevada SOS concerning Sky440 Inc. ~> http://tinyurl.com/d96bbz
At that given point in time the A/S was principally maxed out to which it meant there would either have to be a reverse split or increase in the A/S conducted in order to make it feasible for a potential reverse merger or acquisition to occur. Ultimately the decision that was made by the new management would benefit shareholders much more than that of a reverse split possibly occurring. The process is explained here (refer to the article at the bottom of the message). http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=35319515
Shortly afterwards, on the fifth of February, a press release was issued in an effort to update shareholders on the whereabout and standings of the company.

Shortly afterwards, a week to be exact, declaring the date to that February 12th, 2009, a subsequent press release dictated the progress that had been made and the acquisition candidate that had been mentioned earlier on. Rumors hereby became much more realistic, factual.
Sky440 Products Division to Acquire Cal-Nev Safety Systems

Sky440 recently formed its new products division, which is responsible for launching several new product lines for Sky440 in addition to managing the company’s technology distribution operations. The purpose of the news was twofold. One, it showed that they had in fact accomplished establishing an office and a number by which they can be reached at any given business day of the week. Yet more importantly, two, it suggested that because this particular acquisition was to benefit their first non-technology product sold and distributed through the Sky440 Products Division there is yet an acquisition(s) of a much larger scale to possibly occur in an effort to outfit the other part(s) to their business specifically.
Add all that (above) to what seems to be the season of sub-pennies turned pennies, and you have a whacky combination of bottom fishing players, investors who see potential in the company's efforts altogether, and momentum/buzz in one!
Then again in December of 2007, when the stock ran figures from .0011 to .012 based purely on a speculative acquisition, had it not been that very same combination of investors that helped this one move appropriately?!
