Okay...thanks. Have you ran across any pinks that you believe aren't scams since you are quoting empirical data statistics or did you pull those out of the air?

It seems these folks have a different outlook and data about pinksheets and microcap stocks...albeit the report is from 2006 I'm pretty sure the trend has continued into 2008-09.

Next you will say, but "I said pinksheet companies with over a billion shares O/S", without doing any DD or providing proof on that either.

Yes there are scams on the pinks...but those quoted percentages are false.

First of all, do your homework. Pyramid schemes are illigal and get shut down as soon as they are discovered. Multilevel marketing is a valid business model and a very good one. Instead of paying big dollars to TV, radio and print for marketing, they pay distributors to market the product. Read about one of Warren Buffet's best investments and see what business model it was!!

I have to admit your numbers are close. Playing pennys is all about playing the hype if you get in early enough. very seldom do you see a penny stock trend upward. The big boards stocks will trend upward but who can afford them?
