not sure what happend but I bought though scottrade couple weeks ago .01 no problems fast execution. just be glad you got your shares I think this is a real winner IMO!

I just read on other different forums that scottrade restricted buy orders on stocks trading at PPS less than 1$...Not verivied but could explain !

I had no problem in November when I got in, then the other day I had to call in, no big deal, except lost time and share price jumps up! One time it was explained to me that it helps to prevent $$ manipulation on penny stocks. GLTA!
