The companies that signed onto that are using "naked shorting" as an excuse to be bad companies. IMO 10% of companies on the pinksheets are legitamate and another 10% are start-ups like SSWH, the rest are scams and shouldn't need any excuse to hide the fact that they are! As for OTCBB there are many legitamate companies, but not GWDL or PACC!
