Agreed CRL... Lowes is so big and carries so many products, they have to SCHEDULE when and how products are going to be disseminated to stores... Due to the fuel price scare we had recently and the never ending drive to reduce costs, they try to pack these trucks as full as possible...
HOT products are always going to get their space in the trucks first, obviously, while NEW and slow moving items might not get disseminated as fast... It depends on when they can SCHEDULE the shipments to the expanding arc of locations.
Then you have to consider that WNBD has to TIME their production/shipments to Lowes expansion schedule.... Its obviously much more involving to plan than signing a sales slip and running a case over...lol..
Its possible that this could be a test, but i doubt it...and even if it were, have we every FAILED a test? lol... in 2007 we started a test in 100 Canadian Home Depots and we are STILL in them. In fact, we are in 171 Canadian locations now and they've added the smaller size bottles to place around the counters... Our product sells very well in HD and i doubt we would ever get dumped. In fact, i expect to see a 2200 store USA expansion here soon.
Also, last year we landed 305 Walmarts and we survived the 3-6 month trial period.. Now they are promoting us in fliers and we have an AMAZING merchandising company greasin the sales flow.
Doing business with Lowes is HUGE. Im stoked... but this is still just the tip of the ice burg here. I have PLENTY of DD to back this opinion up...lol... Stay tuned...
