** I think thats why we are seeing a lot of institutional repositioning on this stock...
You have to remember that 90% of institutional holders are in at the $2-$3 range..
I suspect that is one of the reasons, why one insider increased his stake from 8 mil to 26 mil in December 2008...because he thought HAYZ was very cheap at 0.40...nice coincidence that he should be an expert with 15 years experience in post-bankruptcy plays and getting controlling interest of companies in distress....maybe he's acting alone, maybe he's getting HAYZ for someone else....
regardless...now HAYZ is at 0.08, and fundamentally not that different than when it was trading at $3 (oh NO...sales are down 10%!!! lol)...is he the one trying to get the rest of the shareholders to fold???
who knows...the big sharks are in the waters..and someone will make out like a bandit with HAYZ...imagine not only having a full product line in place, but $2 billion in yearly sales...all for 0.08 a share, and a market cap of $8 million...pure insanity and it wont last...
the only frustrating part is that the little fish like us get jerked around by the big fish, each of whom is trying to get a big piece of this company...its a question of how long before the stock explodes...not if...when the shark biting contest is over..
