I don't know JP

there's as much overzealousness that the new website is actually the launch, relaunch, superlaunch of the new NEOM as there is healthy speculation of more negativity for shareholders vi sa vi moving the company overseas in order to dismantle shareholder value completely.

we've been down this path how many times before?

I just don't find anything about NEOM and the way they are committed to increasing shareholder unbelievable anymore.

Not a 'conspiracy theory' at all.

Merely one interpretation of the preponderance of Neomedia Europe AG related legal language within NEOM's own website. They said that 'stuff' , I didn't.

Do you have any specific comment on my post or thoughts on why the legal language on the new website is what it is?

Time will tell as drmyke says , for the rest of the story truly hasn't been written. But I do remember when I started my analysis of scores of other YAGI clients and showed factually how those clients' shareholders fared in the end .... the very thought or mention that this very same thing (shareholder value destruction and transfer of ownership of NEOM from us to YAGI) could happen to Neomedia was regarded as a black-helicopter conspiracy theory.

And we now see exactly how it all played out.

p.s. I have to wonder why it is that only a YAGI-implanted YAGI-agent and head of Neomedia Europe AG can legally represent our U.S.-traded public company.
