jonesie.... my thinker is tired of thinking. Pretty sad that the ONLY thing good I can say about my investment in NEOM over that last many years is that they finally improved the website.

At this point in time, I feel like I have been run over by the Qode Experience bus about 500 times.

With that said, I firmly believe that YA along with the NEOM insiders are looking to rip this company out of the hands of shareholders and they have every right to do so. As soon as the USPTO verdict is rendered, IF it is in favor of YA, they will take it and run for the hills without any shareholders.

Some have posted about how difficult it would be to take the patents "private". It wont be difficult at all as YA is a private company and they OWN everything and anything related to NEOM. YA calls NEOMs debt due and the game is over for us bagholders.

So to answer your question, I think that post is pretty dang accurate.

jonesie... as you know

nothing would surprise me.

are you speculating that 'moving' neom to germany would be the equal of immunity if neom loses patents, lawsuits and is taken to court by shareholders?
is there precedence for this? has YA done it with others?
does brewski go that far to insinuate that the jig is up?
he is good at seeing the dark lining of the cloud.

the way that this endeavor appears more shell-game-like, that scenario could certainly fit.

and as I mentioned before, a website does not a new company make-
so optimism now needs temperance, imo.

don't know...
either this company and its funders are vultures of biblical proportions-
or neom is finally starting to make a play toward growth.

I continue to hope for the latter and fear the former.
