I know nothing about contracts between box companies and OEM manufacturers, but aren't there performance clauses to cover their butts?
How can you order millions of dollars of essential product from an IBM, have them miss production scheduling and not be penalized?
When I was a painting contractor, in another life, if we did not finish on time, the meter started running backwards
