bill, since you are in the same profession as moore would kindly explain to me ,if you had committed mail and wire fraud , that whoever the board happens to be can reinstate your license, i always thought those crimes were federal

If Moorse losed his PCAOB registration, or if he fails to deliver on time then I sure that LBWR will look elsewhere.

Right now they are in the middle of a registration, and therefore if their audits pass with the SEC, then there is really no reason to change.
