Frank we are still the worlds most credit worthy nation, with a reason.
And we should also entertain the other side of the equation, our creditors are not some nasty aliens. Can't take it to the grave. Creditors will have to buy our sevices/products/assets and that does not mean end of the world.
All imballances get resolved one way or another and we are quite clever at that. Look at those home owners not paying their mortgages and challenging creditors to produce the proof of ownership, lol.
