So let'see if I understand MDOR's latest wrinkle.

The first extension for filing was extended a second time while our transparency conscious CEO JG re-evaluated something. Then though delayed to the last blessed
minute they finally filed that woefully late annual report.

Thank goodness everything is out in the open WOOPS they extend the second extension (already filed) a third time!

I don't wish to prejudge or sound impatient. Still... do you ever get the feeling there is a lot of governance we are purposely being kept in the dark about? Maybe it's just me and my cynical inner voice speaking Mak but you have to wonder, will this ever have a happy outcome.
