I didn't like that a/s raise too but it doesn't necessarily mean they'll max it out right away---leaving inadequate authorized common shares for the conversion of the preferred convertible dividends that will also be earning cash dividends along the way

I have a feeling this will be SHO listed again like last year, MODC already got relisted yesterday
