They bought a couple times today, and yes they can continue to buy all day Tuesday. Then we should have most sharholders holding their shares tight until the following Monday at least, if they sell before then they will lose the dividends and they look very good to me. Alot of companies do this to bring the PPS up. My bet is we will be running again starting on Tuesday but this next run should last several days going into the close of the dividends at least. So that would mean a nice 4 day run ahead of us IMO.
