Well back when i was living my harbored little life in the land of the free i might have had a different way of looking at that too. But when my first traffic stop down here i seen everything i owned strewn across the shoulder of the road including my computer sitting on the rocks. The problem was i didnt know that all they wanted was a few extra dollars to feed their families. So to some it may be corrupt to me its a gift to so many that have so little. And its a way of life here. To the people who think thats wrong do yourself a favor and never visit here cause you wouldnt last a day!
