I believe it is proposed by the banks. If you don't own AGT, it is good time to load it up here. Remember last time when they PRed the proposal the stock didn't move, but when they PRed the closing, that stock doubled on that day.

why would AGT shareholders need to approve this financing? this is normal course-of-business stuff--that is what management is for.
