only thing I can tell you for a fact is that Vstarr and ADCS are the same. ADCS took over the Vstarr name and all its properties a couple of months ago.
What happens after that is all speculation, who does what, who scams who...all I am looking for is some new blood to jump in and possible move this up so I can get out. I make no bones about that...it is my intention to sell on a rally if there is one when the site is put out in a PR..
