"You don't see that in the 8-K" is the problem. Why not? What you do see in the 8K is quite different. 8Ks are there just so individuals DON'T have to check things with the company.
I don't want anyone to sell that believes in the company. In fact, I strongly encourage anyone who believes even 10% of what you say to buy vigorously. 16 cents, maybe less. Where are the believers? Where are you?
What I don't understand how you think that your speculation and supposedly inside information does not encourage people to buy, yet my quoting of 8Ks and challenging some of the more exuberant speculations immediately causes former believers in the company to dump their shares.
